Description: The Administrative Assistant of Creative Affairs is responsible for supporting the Creative Department by efficiently and effectively carrying out the operational and administrative tasks associated with the office while maintaining the highest level of personal and professional standards and conduct. Discretion, and the ability to safeguard confidential data, is essential. This individual directly supports the SVP, Creative, the Director, Creative and the Creative Manager and also provides back-up support to other member of the Creative Affairs department.

Job Description: Universal Music Group, Administrative Services, is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for the New York, NY location.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Handle phones for 3 people – direct calls, take messages, etc.
- Directly assist Director and Manager
- Manage calendars and schedules
- Book conference rooms
- Assist employees with office concerns
- Handle expense reports
- Deal with various vendors;Process invoices; follow up on payments; reconcile statements
- Assist with project work as needed
- Overall administrative duties as related to daily facility management
