Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: New York, NY

- Responsible for the full recruitment life-cycle for all assigned positions throughout the East Coast and West Coast- for all business units (i.e. sourcing, interviewing, scheduling)

- Coach and counsel managers on all recruitment and interviewing processes

- Identify key resources for resumes to maximize quality candidates for open positions

- Create and analyze executive dashboard on a monthly basis (includes various staffing and internship metrics)

- Conduct additional reference checks upon request to gain adequate information on which to base a selection decision

- Act as liaison with employment agencies, on an as needed basis

- Update employment activity as it pertains to all assigned open positions on a weekly basis

- Manage and track invoices for background check vendor (Pre-Employ) for all business units

- Manage job files for each open and closed position – including pricing, approvals, applicant flow log etc.

- Oversee, train, and manage HR interns on assignments and project-related tasks

- Attend job/career fairs and internship fairs in NY

- Assist in facilitating new hire orientation on an as needed basis

- Special projects as required
