Live Nation Prices $250 Million Senior Notes Due 2018

Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. (“Live Nation”) (NYSE:LYV) today announced the pricing of $250 million aggregate principal amount of Senior Notes due 2018 (the “Notes”). The Notes will be offered in a private placement in the United States to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933 and to non-U.S. persons outside the United States pursuant to Regulation S under the Securities Act.
