Responsibilities include:

Is responsible for the management of all on air projects from inception through completion

In charge of the management, creation & delivery of all OACIS graphics 

Work closely with project managers to ensure all projects are delivered on time.

 Manage outside vendors; this includes assigning the job, having a contract created, and managing the project throughout its duration

Maintain relationships with outside vendors keeping a list of go to companies and a list of all freelancers that can be brought in as needed

Will create a production schedule and formal estimate (where applicable) for every job

Work with Design Director to assign projects; oversee the designers’ workload & schedule

Work with Production Director to assess upcoming initiatives and work to proactively anticipate needs

Maintain Job List and project folder for duration of job

Makes sure that file folders are filed away and completed projects are archived

In charge of archiving all projects once completed.

Maintaining the server  / freelance machines – keeping all of the shared resources orderly

 

Required Skills:

Should be well versed in Mac OS

A complete understanding of the life cycle of on air graphics projects

Should be familiar with After Effects & Final Cut

Excellent communication skills including ability to articulate ideas, concepts and direction to the team

Ability to multi-task while working independently and with a team

Must be able to think and respond quickly while maintaining attention to detail
