Job Description:

Position Summary:

Intern will act as support for company executives & staff.

Responsibilities:

- Answering ofc phones, checking messages, maintaining calendars, contacts, marketing materials and project progress

- updating contract templates

-Arranging meetings

-Creating offer sheets & deal memos

-Updating Twitter account when necessary

-Attending in-person meetings, teleconferences and webinars related to the music industry and taking notes.

-Correspond with creative team about progress of projects & assigned duties – May have to run errands

-Ability to effectively communicate in various settings: within a group or with individuals, in-person, over the phone or electronically.

-Remain organized using the tools provided by the company combined with your own methods.

-Consistently meet deadlines, multitask and FOLLOW THROUGH with all duties

-Ability to successfully work independently and with a team.

-Ability to manage confidential information.

-Must be able to communicate information clearly

-Potential to grasp new concepts, present new ideas and grow into a music industry expert

Technical requirements:

-Intermediate level user of Microsoft Office 2003-2007, Adobe Acrobat, Web Browsers, Excel.

Education:

Must be out High School. 18 yrs or older.
