Author Charles Harris filed a $150,000 lawsuit this past Tuesday in Pennsylvania against the queen of talk shows, Oprah. Harris sent Oprah 10 copies of the  political booklet, “How America Elects Her Presidents” two years ago for promotional purposes.

Harris says he did not hear back from Oprah until February 2009 at which time she allegedly plagiarized him by reading suspiciously similar content in one or her shows. According to Harris the“… language and structure of the questions were exactly the same…” as that of the questions in his booklet.

No comments have been made as yet by Oprah’s camp.
