In a world of networking and politics, we all have to deal with other people. It doesn’t mean that interaction is always healthy and productive. There are people whose sole purpose is to make your life miserable. Really! For the sake of the job, not hurting other people’s feelings or simply avoiding drama, we put up with the BS. This is unnecessary.

Life is too short to take shorts. It’s not worth it. Keep negative energy out of your space. That means your personal surroundings, work space, living environment, as well as your mind body and spirit.

If you don’t want to deal with drama, you don’t have to. Set boundaries for yourself. Draw the line. End it right there. There is nothing more precious than your peace of mind. Don’t you agree?
