Position: Manager, Integrated Marketing

Description:

MTV is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will serve as point person for the management and implementation of MTV clients’ on-air, online, on-ground Integrated Marketing programs. In addition to conceptualizing, implementing and documenting Integrated Marketing programs, the Manager ensures that clients’ marketing programs are in sync with MTV’s brand positioning. This manager should have a strong background/knowledge of digital marketing.

Responsibilities include:

-Work with Sales, Programming, Production, Promotions, Online and Music Marketing departments to conceive, write and present multi-platform client integrated marketing programs
-Manage all executional aspects of the on-air, online and on the ground integrated marketing programs – including timelines, budgets etc.
-Present to, interface with and manage clients throughout the process
-Source, hire and manage outside vendors to aid in fulfilling programs
-Create and present program summaries to clients
-Oversee day-to-day activities of Coordinators in the execution of all of the above

Required Qualifications:
-4+ years marketing experience at a television network, a major ad agency or a large promotional firm
-Strong understanding of the male teen market
-Experience with marketing/content in Online/Digital
-Strong, creative/marketing writing & presentation skills
-Demonstrated strong negotiation/consensus-building skills
-Demonstrated strong client management skills
-Demonstrated ability of strong problem-solving skills
-Strong organizational skills
-Demonstrated ability to multi-task within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
-Strong business and personal ethics
-Strong knowledge or experience in digital landscape/industry, music, pop culture and movies
